BRIDGET MORRIS
Bridget has been a community mediator for a number of years and has seen, through this, that even the most difficult conflicts can be resolved through mediation. She was inspired to build on her counselling, coaching and mediation skills by specialising in workplace mediation and is now bringing her talents and experience as an associate of EQ8 Workplace Mediation. She has developed the EQ8 Conflict coaching model.
WANNETTE TUINSTRA
Wannette brings her human rights expertise as an academic, researcher and advocate to EQ8 Workplace Mediation. In her experience, with the right facilitation, people can be empowered to resolved their conflicts in the workplace. Wannette has developed the EQ8 Conflict Audit and pioneered the Higher Education Mediation Model.

KATE RUSSELL
Kate brings many years experience at a senior level in the housing sector to EQ8. She understands the positive business benefits, better employee engagement and increased productivity which come from building collaborative working relationships at all levels and addressing conflict at work at an early stage.
Kate has considerable experience of Human Resources and employee relations in the workplace, including managing multi disciplinary and project teams.
Kate has been a mentor on a professional mentoring scheme for a number of years, and coached and developed colleagues, and is a trained workplace mediator.
